Dispatch & Delivery

We have a fast and efficient dispatch and delivery system, which includes Australia Post and Courier Services depending on your location.  Our website is inventory controlled which means if it says it is in stock, it should be in stock.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to fill your order one of our friendly staff will contact you.   We are situated in Queensland so no dispatched will be made on public holidays in Queensland

 

Dispatch

 

Where Australia Post options have been selected and the order has been received with approved payment before 13.00 AEST, your order will be dispatched on the same day.  If orders or payments are received after that time, the order will be dispatched the following business day. 

Where Courier Options have been selected and the order has been received with approved payment before 10.00 AEST, your order will be dispatched on the same day.  If orders or payments are received after that time, the order will be dispatched the following business day. Please note, courier services are not available between Christmas and New Year.

If you have selected Regular Shipping, then we will ship with either Australia Post or Courier at our discretion, subject to the above mentioned dispatch cut off times.

 

Free Pick-up

 

Free pick-up is available from our warehouse in Queensland situated at HERDZ, Lifestyle Centre 225 Mt Glorious Rd Samford Valley Qld 4520.  A shipment email will be sent to you to advise that your order is ready for collection.

 

Freight Options

 

We have invested heavily in technology and time to provide our clients with a wide range of competitive shipping methods for all areas of Australia.  Cost of freight is dependant on packed cubic weight and destination of the parcel and will automatically be calculated at checkout.  Our site will provide an indication of shipping days based on the various options available in your area.  We rely on outside providers for delivery so delivery days are as indicated by them and are not guaranteed. 

 

Track your Parcel

 

All of our freight options are trackable for your peace of mind so you know when your order has been dispatched and when you can expect delivery.  When your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a Shipping email that will include a tracking number with a link to the carriers website tracking system.  If you have any difficulty tracking your parcel, please contact us.

A quote for this postal charge, either by regular or express post can be obtained from our ‘shipping estimator’.  Enter your desired items to the shopping cart and then proceed to ‘My Cart’.  At the bottom of ‘My Cart’ is a ‘Shipping Estimate’ panel.  Enter your ‘State’, 'Town/Suburb' and ‘Postcode’ and an estimate of shipping costs will be provided.  On completion of your purchase, the ‘checkout’ will again calculate shipping rates.  Click on the shipping method you wish to choose and the shipping cost will be added to your order.

 

Courier Service

 

If this courier service is available in your area a courier price will appear in the ‘shipping estimate’ and ‘The Checkout’.

Couriers CAN NOT deliver to Post Office boxes so requests for a courier delivery must be to a street address.

Please also note that whilst our online ‘shipping estimate’ or ‘Checkout’ may indicate that your area is serviced by the courier company, some outlying areas may not be serviced.  Some country areas are depot service only.  If you consider that you maybe in such an area, please contact us to check.  Alternatively, if you select ‘courier’ and service is not available to your area, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
If you are not going to be present to receive a courier delivery, please advise us of where you would like the parcel left.
